About The Position

The In Home Services Coordinator oversees Adult SLS, Host Home, Family Caregiver, and CES programs across four counties, managing program development, quality assurance, fund utilization, and staff scheduling. This role also provides technical support, collaborates with the Case Management Team, and reports to the Residential Director.

Requirements

  • A criminal and Motor Vehicle record which meets company standards.
  • A valid Colorado Driver’s license.
  • Verified legal status to work in the United States.
  • Ability to effectively communicate using electronic media, telephone and in writing, with individuals and groups at all professional levels.

Nice To Haves

  • A Bachelor’s with related coursework in management and human services
  • OR three (3) years’ experience working with budgets, preparing reports, managing staff, evaluating services, and annual planning of activities is required
  • Previous experience in a health care, human services, or nursing home setting preferred.

Responsibilities

  • Staff Supervision & Leadership – Lead, train, and mentor staff; set clear expectations; manage performance; conduct evaluations; and oversee day-to-day supervision and scheduling.
  • Recruitment & Program Oversight – Coordinate SLS, Host Home, Family Caregiver, and CES programs including staff recruitment, orientation, and communication with families.
  • Administrative & Budget Management – Complete assessments and reports, manage staffing levels and schedules within budget, approve timekeeping, and assist in financial planning.
  • Program Monitoring & Compliance – Track services, reconcile billing with IPs, conduct quarterly quality reviews, and prepare for state and third-party surveys.
  • Community & Agency Collaboration – Maintain strong relationships with external agencies and advise leadership on program needs and regulatory impacts.
  • Individual Rights & Advocacy – Uphold individual rights and dignity, respond as a Mandatory Reporter, and ensure compliance with all reporting and investigation requirements.
  • Person-Centered Support – Promote autonomy, personal growth, and access to community resources based on individual preferences; provide guidance and support.
  • Health & Safety Management – Ensure safe environments and transportation, follow emergency protocols, address hazards, and monitor safety drills and procedures.
  • Care Coordination & Documentation – Support IP development, provide personal care as needed, maintain timely and accurate documentation, and ensure proper medication and health protocol adherence.
