The In Home Service Tech travels to customer’s homes using a company vehicle to assess, repair, or exchange damaged furniture. In order to ensure customer satisfaction, the In Home Service Tech must listen to customer concerns in order to accurately address and resolve them. The In Home Service Tech must provide precise documentation of repairs done and future repairs needed to the service room. Other duties as assigned.
