About The Position
As an In-Home Sales Representative, you’ll be the face of our company, meeting with pre-qualified homeowners and offering solutions tailored to their vision. This is an outside sales role where you’ll use advanced technology to design and present high-quality bath solutions.
Requirements
- Strong communication, interpersonal, and organizational skills
- Previous sales experience (home improvement or remodeling is a plus)
- Reliable transportation and local residency
- Confidence in presenting and speaking with homeowners
- Self-motivated, disciplined, and goal-oriented mindset
- Ability to thrive in a fast-paced sales environment
- Outgoing and professional personality
Nice To Haves
- Previous sales experience (home improvement or remodeling is a plus)
Responsibilities
- Conduct in-home presentations using our proprietary iPad-based sales system
- Participate in weekly sales training to continuously improve your skills
- Design customized bath solutions using our user-friendly software
- Provide pricing and close sales on a consistent basis
