About The Position

As an In-Home Sales Representative, you’ll be the face of our company, meeting with pre-qualified homeowners and offering innovative bath remodeling solutions that match their vision. This outside sales role allows you to use advanced technology to design and present high-quality bath systems directly in the customer’s home.

Requirements

  • Excellent communication, strong people skills, and solid organizational abilities.
  • Home improvement or in-home sales experience is required (bath or remodeling industry experience is a strong plus).
  • Reliable transportation and residency within the local service area.
  • Confidence speaking with homeowners and delivering professional presentations.

Responsibilities

  • Conduct professional in-home presentations using our proprietary iPad-based sales system.
  • Participate in weekly sales training sessions to continually sharpen your skills.
  • Use our design software to create personalized bath remodeling solutions for homeowners.
  • Provide pricing, present solutions clearly, and secure sales consistently.
  • Deliver an exceptional customer experience while representing the Bath Planet of New Jersey brand.
