About The Position

As an In-Home Sales Representative, you’ll meet with pre-qualified homeowners and guide them through customized bath solutions that match their needs and vision. This is a full-cycle, outside sales role where you’ll use modern tools and a proven system to design, present, and close deals.

Requirements

  • Strong communication, interpersonal, and organizational skills
  • Reliable transportation and ability to travel locally (within 25-mile radius)
  • Confident presenter with strong closing ability
  • Self-motivated, goal-oriented, and disciplined
  • Comfortable working independently in a fast-paced environment
  • Outgoing personality with strong people skills

Nice To Haves

  • Previous in-home sales experience preferred (home improvement a plus)

Responsibilities

  • Deliver our proprietary sales presentation using an iPad
  • Design customized bath solutions using company software
  • Provide accurate pricing and confidently close sales
  • Attend weekly training sessions to sharpen sales skills
  • Manage appointments and follow up with prospective customers
