They are problem solvers who save the day with their resourcefulness and ability to successfully diagnose issues with homes and relay that to the homeowners. Requirements

  • Previous sales experience
  • Valid state driver’s license
  • Be able to obtain and hold an MHIC license

Nice To Haves

  • Previous construction industry experience
  • Computer/Technologically Savvy

Responsibilities

  • Creates proposals based on the identified problems with homes and buildings based on your inspection.
  • Close on the proposals that are generated in the home.
  • Follow Up on all unsold proposals.
  • Attend all training and meetings.
  • Performs general data entry
  • Responds efficiently to employees and homeowners regarding the status of multiple documents and projects
  • Interacts effectively with employees and homeowners
