Requirements
- NO cold-calling or lead generation required. All leads are sourced and pre-confirmed by our internal call center team.
- Strong background in sales, preferably in the home improvement industry.
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
- Self-motivated with a strong work ethic and ability to work independently.
- Strong negotiation and closing skills.
- Must have a valid driver's license, reliable transportation, and be able to pass a background check.
Responsibilities
- Conduct in-home consultations to understand homeowner needs for roofing, windows, siding, gutters, and doors and provide tailed solutions for our exterior remodeling products and services.
- Present and demonstrate our products and services with enthusiasm and confidence.
- Build and maintain strong customer relationships and address questions or concerns.
- Meet with 2-3 homeowners per day within your radius to conduct presentation.
