The Role: This is a W-2, commission-based inside sales role selling residential roofing and exterior solutions. You’ll meet homeowners through company-provided leads, conduct in-home consultations, and close projects that directly drive your earnings. Top performers thrive here because they are comfortable with variable income, motivated by performance-based pay, and capable of managing a full sales cycle independently.
