About the Role As an In-Home Sales Representative , you’ll be the face of our company, meeting with pre-qualified homeowners and offering innovative solutions tailored to their vision. This outside sales position involves using advanced technology to design and present high-quality bath solutions directly in customers’ homes. This is a commission-based position with unlimited earning potential. Your income is determined by your performance and experience. This role is ideal for someone who is money-motivated, self-driven, and looking for flexibility with high earning opportunity.

Requirements

  • Excellent communication, interpersonal, and organizational skills
  • Proven ability to thrive in a fast-paced sales environment
  • Experience in home sales highly preferred; home remodeling background is a strong plus
  • Basic understanding of construction terminology (or willingness to learn quickly)
  • Tech-savvy and comfortable using tablets, apps, CRM systems, and digital contracts
  • Confidence in public speaking and delivering clear, professional presentations
  • Strong attention to detail and disciplined work habits
  • Ambitious, self-motivated, and goal-oriented mindset
  • Outgoing, articulate personality that excels in social settings
  • Professional appearance and demeanor when representing the company
  • Reliable transportation and valid driver’s license
  • Ability to travel within assigned territory
  • Comfortable working evenings and occasional weekends to accommodate homeowners
  • Ability to lift and transport product samples

Responsibilities

  • Conduct professional in-home presentations using our proprietary iPad-based sales system
  • Utilize easy-to-use software to build personalized bath designs
  • Accurately measure shower and wet space areas and document existing conditions with photos
  • Enter precise measurements, product selections, and pricing into estimating software
  • Provide clear pricing information and secure sales consistently
  • Confidently discuss budgets, payment options, and financing solutions with homeowners
  • Manage the full in-home sales process from introduction to close
  • Ask for the sale and handle objections professionally and confidently
  • Maintain strong follow-up communication with undecided prospects
  • Attend weekly sales training sessions to continuously improve skills
  • Participate in four major home show events annually (Spring & Fall Fresno & Visalia Home Shows)
  • Transport and carry product samples into customer homes
