In-Home Sales Representative Join our growing team here at Quality Craftsmen Are you looking to work for the best in the business? Creating a fresh solution to bath remodeling, Quality Craftsmen offers stylish, cost-effective, low-maintenance bath improvements to homeowners, including solutions for those with accessibility needs. We’ve built a strong reputation for quality and workmanship and continue to grow by delivering exceptional results to our customers. Sales Representative This is a full-time outside sales position where your role will be to develop relationships with pre-qualified homeowners. You are not responsible for generating your own leads. Prior to your first interaction, 80% of the work has already been done through our thorough pre-qualification process—setting you up for success from the start. Your primary focus will be on in-home presentations and closing sales . We handle everything else, from order processing to post-sale support.
Requirements
- Strong interpersonal, organizational, and communication skills
- Confident public speaker with strong presentation ability
- Self-motivated, disciplined, and goal-oriented
- Ability to work independently
- Outgoing and comfortable in social settings
- Previous in-home sales experience preferred
Nice To Haves
- Experience in home improvement, remodeling, or
- Experience in the bath remodeling or home improvement industry strong plus
Responsibilities
- Deliver our proprietary sales presentation to homeowners using an iPad
- Participate in ongoing weekly sales training
- Design bath solutions using our software
- Present pricing and close sales on a daily basis
