About the Role: As an In-Home Sales Representative, you’ll meet with pre-qualified homeowners in their homes, present tailored solutions, and guide them through the buying process. This role is ideal for individuals with in-home sales experience and a strong ability to close deals during the initial appointment.
Requirements
- Strong interpersonal, organizational, and communication skills
- Prior in-home sales experience required
- Proven ability or comfort with closing sales in the home
- Reliable transportation and local residency required
- Confidence and professionalism in presentations
- Self-motivated, goal-oriented, and disciplined
- Outgoing and comfortable in social settings
Nice To Haves
- Experience in home remodeling or similar industries is a strong plus
Responsibilities
- Conduct in-home presentations using our iPad-based sales system
- Design customized bath solutions using our software
- Present pricing and consistently close sales
- Participate in weekly training to strengthen sales and presentation skills
