In-Home Sales Representative FLOFORM Countertops 📍 North Seattle / North Sound Territory Ideal Location: Everett, WA With 16 branches and 5 manufacturing facilities across Western Canada and the Pacific Northwest , FLOFORM Countertops manufactures, sells, and installs over 20,000 premium surface countertops each year . We are seeking a motivated and professional In-Home Sales Representative to support our Northern Seattle / North Sound market . This is a highly lucrative opportunity for sales and hospitality professionals who excel in face-to-face customer interactions and want to sell premium products backed by a trusted brand. Territory Overview Primary Territory: Everett & North Sound Coverage Area: Bellingham → Everett Home Base: Everett, WA Lead Source: 100% Costco-generated leads Limited travel south as needed What You’ll Be Selling Premium Quartz & Granite Countertops Tile Backsplash Sinks, Faucets & Plumbing Complete Designer Packages (materials + installation)

Requirements

  • Experience in outside sales, retail sales, hospitality , or in-home sales
  • 1–2 years of sales experience (Kitchen & Bath or home improvement sales an asset)
  • Strong communication, presentation, and closing skills
  • Good math skills with understanding of fractions and measurements
  • Basic computer proficiency (Microsoft Office; ability to learn new software)
  • Friendly, professional demeanor
  • Ability to work evenings and Saturdays
  • Valid driver’s license and clear criminal record check
  • Comfortable covering a Northern territory

Responsibilities

  • Educate customers on products, installation, care, and warranty
  • Assist customers with product, color, and material selection
  • Take accurate measurements and provide prompt, precise price quotes
  • Respond to customer inquiries and resolve issues professionally
  • Coordinate closely with internal support teams to ensure smooth order-to-installation transitions
  • Actively network and build relationships to grow business opportunities
  • Occasionally lift 30–60 lbs
