Position Overview As an In Home Sales Representative, you will meet with pre qualified homeowners to present customized bathroom remodeling solutions tailored to their needs, preferences, and budgets. This is a field based, consultative sales role that blends modern technology with a personalized approach. All leads are provided and you focus on selling.
Requirements
- Strong communication, organization, and interpersonal skills
- Reliable transportation and local residency required
- Professional, confident, and persuasive in client interactions
- Self motivated, goal oriented, and comfortable in a fast paced environment
- Outgoing personality with a genuine desire to help customers
Nice To Haves
- Previous in home sales experience preferred with home improvement or remodeling background a plus
Responsibilities
- Deliver engaging, solution focused sales presentations using an iPad
- Design customized bathroom solutions using intuitive software
- Present accurate pricing and confidently close sales
- Participate in ongoing training to strengthen product knowledge and sales skills
