About The Position

This role offers the opportunity to sell premium home remodeling solutions through pre-scheduled appointments, industry-leading training, and uncapped earning potential. While this posting includes information about both product lines, each Sales Representative is hired, trained, and focused on ONE specialty: Bathroom Remodeling Solutions or Kitchen Cabinet Refacing Solutions You will not be expected to sell both - allowing you to become a true expert in your product category. Kitchen Cabinet Refacing: Provide homeowners with luxury kitchen transformations through cabinet refacing - delivering dramatic kitchen upgrades without full cabinet replacement using high-quality materials and modern designs. Requirements

2+ years of in-home or outside sales experience (preferred)
Strong one-call close ability
Comfortable running evening and weekend appointments
Valid driver’s license and reliable vehicle
Ability to lift/move sample materials up to 25 lbs
Excellent presentation and communication skills
Competitive, goal-oriented, and motivated by high earnings potential

Responsibilities

Conduct personalized in-home consultations with pre-qualified homeowners
Deliver engaging product demonstrations using our proven sales process
Design solutions tailored to customer needs and budgets
Complete paperwork accurately and assist customers with financing options
Collaborate with operations and installation teams to ensure exceptional customer experiences
Participate in regular team meetings and ongoing training (virtual and in-person)
