This is a W-2, commission-based In-Home Sales Professional role selling residential roofing and exterior solutions. You’ll meet homeowners through company-provided leads, conduct in-home consultations, and close projects that directly drive your earnings. This is not a pressure-based or discount-driven sales role. Success comes from running a structured sales process, clearly explaining value, and confidently leading conversations about pricing and options. You’ll be supported with pre-set, pre-qualified appointments, a proven sales playbook, and comprehensive training so you can focus on executing at a high level. While leads are provided, reps who also self-generate opportunities can earn additional commission incentives. Top performers thrive in and are motivated by performance-based pay, uncapped upside, and autonomy. A company vehicle is provided

Requirements

  • Valid driver’s license with a clean driving record & background check.
  • Comfortable working on roofs, climbing ladders, and accessing attics.
  • Strong interpersonal and communication skills to establish rapport and build trust.
  • Self-motivated, goal-oriented, and able to work independently or as part of a team.
  • Ability to present complex information in an easy-to-understand manner.
  • Ability to use CRM software, Microsoft Office, and iOS tools.
  • Must be comfortable working in various weather conditions.
  • Ability to lift up to 75 lbs

Nice To Haves

  • In-home sales or home improvement sales experience (roofing experience not required).

Responsibilities

  • Conduct multiple in-home inspections and consultations daily
  • Diagnose homeowner needs and recommend appropriate solutions
  • Lead conversations about scope, pricing, and financing options with confidence
  • Deliver clear, company-approved presentations that help homeowners understand value
  • Guide customers through a structured consultation process from inspection to decision
  • Complete contracts, financing paperwork, and documentation accurately in the CRM (ServiceTitan)
  • Maintain a professional appearance, organized vehicle, and clean sales materials
  • Participate in training, coaching, and team meetings to continuously improve
  • Generate additional opportunities through referrals, networking, and self-sourced leads
  • Regularly engage in outside sales, requiring travel to customer locations
