About The Position

We are a locally owned and operated franchise servicing the Houston Memorial territory. We are looking for a hard-working, service-minded, motivated individual who loves to have fun and the desire to earn unlimited income and success! The design position is without question the most rewarding job in the company. The pay is good, the hours are flexible, and you are able to help people reimagine and transform their home with the latest flooring trends from the top manufacturers. As a Floor Coverings International Design Associate, you will meet with homeowners and assess their flooring needs and wants. Once the goals of the project are understood, you will recommend and sell the flooring solution that best fits their needs and their budget.

Requirements

• In Home sales experience preferred.
• Good listening skills.
• Influential personality with a competitive drive.
• Ability to meet and exceed goals.
• Creative mindset.

Nice To Haves

• Prior experience in flooring or design is a plus but not necessary.

Responsibilities

• Meet with homeowners in their home to discuss flooring needs and wants.
• Show flooring samples and provide estimates.
• Close sales and submit paperwork.
• Utilize the mobile showroom with over 3000 samples to accommodate client requests.
• Create an exceptional customer experience.
