Requirements

• 2-4+ years of in-home and/or outside sales experience.
• Exceptional interpersonal, organizational, and communication skills.
• Ability to work independently and collaboratively.
• Strong problem-solving and negotiation skills.
• Detail-oriented with strong organizational skills.
• Uphold values of integrity and honesty.
• Be computer literate and self-motivated.
• Comfortable speaking confidently in public.
• Knowledge of flooring, construction, or design is advantageous.
• Desire to become part of our 'family' and make a six-figure income.
• Approach tasks with a sense of urgency.
• Hold a valid driver's license.

Responsibilities

• Visit clients in their homes to discuss their flooring projects.
• Utilize our sales system with the help of a tablet, laptop, and software.
• Serve as the primary point of contact for all flooring service inquiries.
• Coordinate installation schedules and communication with the Office Manager.
• Ensure customer needs and expectations are met, collaborating with the Install Manager for smooth project execution.
• Develop lasting customer relationships and cultivate key referral sources for ongoing business growth.
