Requirements

  • 3-5+ years of in-home and/or outside sales experience.

Responsibilities

  • Visit clients in their homes to discuss their flooring projects.
  • Utilize our sales system with the help of a tablet, laptop, and software.
  • Serve as the primary point of contact for all flooring service inquiries.
  • Coordinate installation schedules and communication with the Office Manager.
  • Ensure customer needs and expectations are met, collaborating with the Install Manager for smooth project execution.
  • Develop lasting customer relationships and cultivate key referral sources for ongoing business growth.
