This In-home Sales Consultant role is a performance-driven, W-2 sales position designed for professionals who want uncapped earning potential within a structured, supported system. Unlike roles where you build everything from scratch, this position provides an established platform with pre-set, pre-qualified appointments, company-backed marketing, a proven sales process, financing options, and operational/production support. The focus is on selling and serving homeowners through consultative sales, not chasing cold leads or building infrastructure. Success in this role is consultative, not pressure-based. Top performers are expected to clearly explain value, confidently lead pricing conversations, and execute the sales process with discipline. The role involves conducting multiple in-home inspections and consultations daily, diagnosing homeowner needs, recommending solutions, presenting pricing and financing options, and completing contracts accurately in ServiceTitan. It requires maintaining a professional presentation, an organized vehicle, and sales materials, as well as generating additional opportunities through referrals and self-sourced leads. This is a field-based role requiring local travel to customer homes. The company offers comprehensive paid training, ongoing coaching, and skill development. It is a full-time, exempt position with a flexible weekly schedule that includes evening and weekend appointments as needed.

Requirements

  • Valid driver’s license with a clean driving record & background check
  • Comfortable working on roofs, climbing ladders, and accessing attics
  • Strong interpersonal and communication skills to establish rapport and build trust
  • Self-motivated, goal-oriented, and able to work independently or as part of a team
  • Ability to present complex information in an easy-to-understand manner
  • Ability to use CRM software, Microsoft Office, and iOS tools
  • Must be comfortable working in various weather conditions
  • Ability to lift up to 75 lbs

Responsibilities

  • Conduct multiple in-home inspections and consultations daily

  • Guide homeowners through a structured consultation process from inspection to agreement

  • Travel locally to customer homes (field-based role)
