As a W-2 employee, you will step into an established platform with pre-set, pre-qualified appointments, a company vehicle, benefits, 401(k) match, and paid onboarding and training. Estimated first-year earnings range from $150,000 to $250,000. The role is supported by brand credibility, company-backed marketing, a proven sales process, in-place financing options, and operational/production support teams.
