The role includes pre-set, pre-qualified appointments, a company vehicle, paid onboarding and training, and additional incentives for self-generated leads. Bachman's Roofing provides brand credibility, company-backed marketing, a proven sales process, established financing options, and operational/production support teams, including a CRM system (ServiceTitan). The focus of this position is on selling and serving homeowners through a consultative approach, rather than cold lead generation or infrastructure building. Success is achieved by clearly explaining value, confidently leading pricing conversations, and executing the sales process with discipline.
