Position Overview If you are a proven closer looking for a high-opportunity environment with strong lead flow and uncapped earnings, this is built for you. Joyce is seeking In-Home Field Sales Representatives who are confident running appointments, controlling the sales process, and closing deals in the home. This role is designed for sales professionals who want to maximize their income without being limited by a base salary. You will run pre-qualified appointments, present solutions, and close business in a structured, high-conversion environment. Our model supports strong performers with consistent opportunity and the ability to scale their income quickly. Compensation This is a commission-only role built for high performers. Typical earnings: $100,000 to $150,000+ Top performers: $180,000+ Compensation includes: Uncapped commission on all closed sales Performance bonuses tied to production and conversion This role rewards individuals who can consistently close and manage a full pipeline.

Requirements

  • Have experience in in-home sales, outside sales, or high-ticket B2C sales
  • Are confident asking for the sale and closing in one or two visits
  • Thrive in a performance-driven, commission-only environment
  • Are competitive, self-motivated, and results-focused
  • Can manage your pipeline and maintain consistent activity

  • Preferred backgrounds: home improvement, roofing, solar, windows, baths, HVAC, or other in-home sales environments.

Responsibilities

  • Run pre-set, in-home sales appointments with homeowners
  • Control the sales process from introduction to close
  • Present solutions, overcome objections, and close in the home
  • Work a steady pipeline of company-provided, pre-qualified leads
  • Manage your territory and schedule for maximum productivity
  • Maintain high conversion rates and consistent production
  • Accurately measure, document, and submit deals
