No prior experience is needed as the company provides a comprehensive 4-week training program, with the first two weeks fully compensated. Consultants will meet with homeowners, guide them in selecting the perfect flooring, and close sales using warm, company-provided leads, eliminating the need for cold calling. Requirements

Outgoing, competitive, and people-focused

Monday–Saturday availability
Reliable transportation
