About The Position

Established in 2007, Blinds48 is a Retail shop that sells window treatments in Pennsylvania, and we are expanding our operations in the Sarasota and Bradenton Florida area. Part of our business is offering free in-home consultations. We are looking for an In-Home Sales Consultant to become an integral part of our team! The successful candidate will be someone who has strong customer service experience, strong communication skills, and is eager to learn. Unlimited, generous commissions are available! Window Coverings for all styles Blinds, Shades, Plantation Shutters, Motorized Shades and Draperies At Blinds48, offers a wide selection of fashion forward window coverings such as blinds, shades, drapery, plantation shutters and more. We have a couple manufacturers that we have worked with for years that provide quality products with an exceptional selection and a limited lifetime warranty. Since 2007, we have been serving Montgomery County, Chester County, Delaware County, Berks County, and Bucks County areas.

Requirements

Previous experience in sales, customer service, or other related fields
3-5 years sales experience preferred
Strong interpersonal skills (customers, vendors, and employees)
Self-motivated with a strong work ethic
Must be a problem solver
Professional communication and attire

Responsibilities

Work with clients by obtaining their project/design goals and providing solutions
Educate the client with the products and services we offer
Match the clients needs with our products and services
Maintain product knowledge of wide selection of window treatments (paid training provided)
Strong communication with sales team and vendors
Train and review with sales staff (process, procedures and product knowledge)
