About The Position

This role involves meeting with homeowners to guide them in selecting the perfect flooring and closing sales. The position offers significant earning potential through 100% uncapped commission, a new hire bonus, and double commission on self-generated sales, along with monthly performance and referral bonuses. Refloor provides a comprehensive 4-week training program, with the first two weeks fully compensated, allowing new hires to start earning commission as early as Week 3.
