Requirements

• Enjoy helping people but can still ask for the sale
• Take ownership of your results
• Are coachable and want to improve over time

Responsibilities

• Meet with homeowners for pre-scheduled in-home consultations
• Manage ~11 appointments per week (Mon–Sat schedule)
• Travel within approximately a 100-mile radius
• Understand needs and present the right solution
• Guide customers confidently to a decision and close
