The company is expanding and seeks reliable, safety-focused team members who value career growth and local impact within a team-oriented environment. This is a performance-driven, in-home sales role designed for professionals seeking uncapped earning potential within an established, supported system. Unlike roles requiring building from scratch, this position offers an existing platform for success. Employees are W-2, not 1099, with an uncapped commission structure where top performers can earn over $250k+. Estimated first-year earnings are $125,000 - $200,000. The role includes pre-set, pre-qualified appointments, additional incentives for self-generated leads, a company vehicle, benefits, 401(k) match, and paid onboarding and training. The company provides brand credibility, company-backed marketing, a proven structured sales process, in-place financing options, and operational/production support teams. A CRM system (ServiceTitan) is utilized. The focus is on selling and serving homeowners consultatively, not through pressure tactics or cold lead generation. Success involves clearly explaining value, confidently leading pricing conversations, and disciplined execution of the sales process.

Requirements

  • Valid driver’s license with a clean driving record & background check.
  • Comfortable working on roofs, climbing ladders, and accessing attics.
  • Strong interpersonal and communication skills to establish rapport and build trust.
  • Self-motivated, goal-oriented, and able to work independently or as part of a team.
  • Ability to present complex information in an easy-to-understand manner.
  • Ability to use CRM software, Microsoft Office, and iOS tools.
  • Must be comfortable working in various weather conditions.
  • Ability to lift up to 75 lbs

Nice To Haves

  • In-home sales or home improvement sales experience (roofing experience not required).

Responsibilities

  • Conduct multiple in-home inspections and consultations daily
  • Diagnose homeowner needs and recommend appropriate roofing or exterior solutions
  • Present scope, pricing, and financing options with clarity and confidence
  • Guide homeowners through a structured consultation process from inspection to agreement
  • Complete contracts and documentation accurately in ServiceTitan
  • Maintain professional presentation, organized vehicle, and sales materials
  • Generate additional opportunities through referrals and self-sourced leads
  • Travel locally to customer homes (field-based role)
