About The Position

No prior experience is needed as Refloor provides a comprehensive 4-week training program, with the first two weeks fully compensated. Consultants will meet with homeowners, guide them to the perfect flooring solutions, and close sales using warm, company-provided leads. There is also an opportunity to boost earnings by generating personal business. The position offers an uncapped commission structure with a draw available, and various bonuses and rewards for top performers.

Requirements
