About The Position

As an In-Home Sales Specialist, you will be the first point of contact for customers experiencing water damage emergencies. You’ll assess the scope of damage, clearly communicate available solutions, and secure the project. Once work begins, you will oversee the process to ensure that our production team meets the highest standards of quality and professionalism. Your primary focus will be delivering an exceptional customer experience from start to finish. You will act as the liaison between the customer and our team, ensuring clear communication, timely updates, and ultimately, complete satisfaction.

Responsibilities

  • Evaluate property damage and determine the scope of work
  • Present mitigation solutions and secure project authorization
  • Coordinate with the production team to ensure quality execution
  • Serve as the main point of contact for the customer throughout the process
  • Ensure customer satisfaction and build lasting relationships
