Preferred Experience: 1-3 years in sales or Home Improvement, with a passion for growth.

Responsibilities

Take full ownership of the process, from initial contact to the design of custom floors, and beyond.
Utilize cutting-edge tools (tablet, laptop, software) to consistently achieve high performance and deliver results.
Be the go-to expert for all flooring-related service requests, providing exceptional service and becoming the trusted point of contact for your clients.
Work closely with key stakeholders—including the Office Manager and Production Manager—to optimize installation schedules and drive operational efficiency.
Build long-term customer relationships that not only ensure satisfaction but also create opportunities for repeat business and valuable referrals—further boosting your success.
