About The Position

Innovative Home Services is hiring a sales person and project manager for mitigation services. This role involves managing projects for Water Damage Restoration, Mold Remediation, Trauma & Crimescene clean up, and Repairs. We are a construction and remodeling company that handles restoration work after a natural disaster or other accidents in homes or buildings, and we are called in to clean it up.

Requirements

• IICRC Certification in at least WRT (Water Damage Restoration) and preferably in ASD (Applied Structural Drying) and AMRT (Applied Microbial Remediation Technician).
• A minimum of 2 years of experience as a project manager in restoration work.
• Strong attention to detail in paperwork and documentation.
• Excellent communication skills.

Nice To Haves

• Experience in building or remodeling residential homes.

Responsibilities

• Manage projects for water damage restoration, mold remediation, trauma and crime scene cleanup, and repairs.
• Communicate clearly with clients and set proper expectations for project timelines and outcomes.
• Ensure all paperwork is detailed and accurate.
• Oversee the restoration process from start to finish, ensuring quality and compliance with industry standards.

• Tiered commissions ranging from 2.5% to 8% based on dollars collected for the year, with expected earnings of $50k+ per year in commissions.
