About The Position

At Inner Circle Autism Network, our mission is to provide high-quality, child-centered ABA therapy for children and their families. We are currently seeking compassionate individuals to join our team as an In-Home Registered Behavior Technician (RBT) to make a meaningful impact in the lives of those we serve. As an In-Home RBT at Inner Circle Autism Network, you will play a vital role in delivering exceptional ABA therapy services to children with developmental and behavioral challenges in the comfort of their own homes. You will travel to client homes within your assigned service area to provide individualized therapy sessions. We welcome individuals with or without prior experience, as we provide comprehensive training to all successful candidates, enabling them to become certified RBTs. Must be willing to train on-site in our Omaha clinics to collect materials and align on company practices and policies. Hours: This is a Full-Time Monday-Friday position.

Requirements

  • High school diploma or equivalent education.
  • No prior experience or RBT certification ; we offer comprehensive training to all successful candidates.

  • Commitment to upholding ethical standards and maintaining confidentiality.
  • Reliable transportation and valid driver's license required for home visits.
  • Ability to work a flexible schedule.
  • Physical Stamina: Ability to engage in physical activities throughout the day, including standing, walking, bending, and lifting.
  • Mobility: Capable of moving quickly and efficiently to respond to client needs and ensure their safety.
  • Lifting: Ability to lift and carry up to 50 pounds, as some clients may require assistance with mobility or positioning.
  • Manual Dexterity: Proficiency in fine motor skills to effectively use specialized tools, equipment, and materials as needed.
  • Physical Endurance: Capacity to maintain focus and provide consistent support during extended work hours or challenging situations.
  • Physical Agility: Ability to move swiftly and react quickly in case of emergency situations or unexpected behaviors.
  • This role may entail sitting on the floor with clients and swiftly transitioning into a standing position when necessary, maintaining a flexible and agile physical posture to support clients effectively during interactions and activities.

Responsibilities

  • Travel to client homes within your assigned service area to deliver one-on-one ABA therapy sessions.
  • Work closely with our passionate team of professionals to implement behavior intervention plans designed by our Board Certified Behavior Analysts (BCBAs).
  • Provide individualized ABA therapy sessions tailored to each child's unique needs and preferences within the home and community environment.
  • Utilize evidence-based techniques and positive reinforcement to teach adaptive skills and reduce challenging behaviors.
  • Record and maintain accurate data on client progress to facilitate effective treatment planning.
  • Foster a warm and supportive rapport with clients and their families to create a nurturing therapeutic environment in the home setting.
  • Communicate regularly with the supervising BCBA regarding client progress, concerns, and session updates.
  • Maintain professionalism and confidentiality when working in clients' homes and interacting with families.
