About The Position
Little Spurs Autism Centers serves the San Antonio area by providing ABA Therapy as part of a caring, energetic team serving children 18 and under at one of our locations around the San Antonio area. Job Description · Implement individualized 1:1 ABA treatment plans designed and supervised by the BCBA team · Collaborate with BCBA team to develop and grow clinical skill set · Collect and record clinical data on client progress and behavior during sessions · Complete session notes within a timely manner per policy · Maintain necessary credentials (RBT, BLS, etc.) · Comply with all relevant HIPAA and patient privacy laws and policies · Communicate clearly and effectively with team and patient caregiver(s) · Adhere to all applicable policies and procedures, including in-home care guidelines · Maintain a clean and safe working environment · Other duties as assigned
Requirements
- High School Diploma or equivalent required; college experience or degree preferred
- Must have current Registered Behavioral Technician Certification through the Behavioral Analyst Certification Board and be in good standing
