Your Role: As an In-Home QMHP-T/QMHP, you will: Provide high quality, community-based services to at-risk youth experiencing mental health challenges and engage with their families. Implement evidence-based practices to drive meaningful and long-lasting change. Aid in the development of specialized treatment plans and provide quality care coordination service to clients.
