Requirements
- MN -licensed Physical Therapist Assistant
- Availability for Saturday/Sunday visits
- Ability to travel between clients
- MN Physical Therapist Assistant license
- Strong clinical judgment
- Weekend availability and reliable transportation
Responsibilities
- Carry out prescribed PT exercises
- Monitor and report patient progress
- Educate patients and families on mobility practices
- Provide delegated treatment interventions from the supervising PT
- Accurately document all care provided
- Educate patients and their caregivers on safe mobility practices
