Requirements

• MN-licensed Physical Therapist Assistant
• Availability for Saturday/Sunday visits
• Ability to travel between clients
• MN Physical Therapist Assistant license
• Strong clinical judgment
• Weekend availability and reliable transportation

Responsibilities

• Carry out prescribed PT exercises
• Monitor and report patient progress
• Educate patients and families on mobility practices
• Provide delegated treatment interventions from the supervising PT
• Accurately document all care provided
• Educate patients and their caregivers on safe mobility practices
