About The Position

We are seeking a compassionate and reliable Nurse to provide personalized care and companionship for an older gentleman in his private residences. This is a seasonal position, April through December in Narragansett, RI. Work hours will be Monday, Tuesday and Wednesday 8am-8pm.

Requirements

• Minimum of 3-5 years of professional nursing experience and working with patients with Dementia.
• Strong communication skills, patience, and attentiveness.
• Valid driver's license with a clean driving record.
• Excellent professional references from current and previous employers.
• High regard for confidentiality and discretion.

Responsibilities

• Administer daily medications and monitor vital signs.
• Assist with physical therapy exercises, mobility support, and fall prevention.
• Support with CPAP machine, hygiene, and personal care routines.
• Prepare healthy meals and ensure regular hydration.
• Observe, document, and report any changes in health or behavior.
• Provide companionship, conversation, and emotional support.
• Drive to appointments, errands, and activities as needed.

Benefits
