About The Position

As a Registered Nurse (RN) at Aveanna, you will be part of one of the largest private duty nursing companies in the nation, providing care to adult patients with high acuity needs, including trach/vent and colostomy care. Our schedule includes shifts on Sunday, Tuesday, Friday, and Saturday from 8:00 am to 8:00 pm. Requirements

• Must have and maintain an active, unencumbered license (LPN/LVN) in the state of practice.
• Compact licenses must be transferred to the state of residence within 90 days.
• Current CPR certification (with hands-on component).
• TB skin test (current within last 12 months).
• Six months prior hands-on nursing experience preferred but not required.
• Must have reliable transportation.

Responsibilities

• Provide compassionate nursing care to patients in their homes.
• Document patient care electronically using a tablet provided in each patient's home.
• Collaborate with a team of clinicians to achieve outstanding clinical outcomes.
• Support patients with high acuity needs, including trach/vent and colostomy care.
