Requirements

• Must have and maintain an active, unencumbered license (LPN/LVN) in the state of practice.
• Compact licenses must be transferred to your state of residence within 90 days.
• Current CPR certification (with hands-on component).
• TB skin test (current within last 12 months).
• Six months prior hands-on nursing experience preferred but not required.
• Must have reliable transportation.

Nice To Haves

• Experience in homecare settings.
• Ability to work flexible hours including nights and weekends.

Responsibilities

• Provide compassionate nursing care to patients in their homes.
• Document patient care electronically using a tablet provided in each patient's home.
• Collaborate with a team of healthcare professionals to achieve outstanding clinical outcomes.
• Support patients with high acuity needs, including those requiring trach and vent care.
