Requirements

• Must have and maintain an active, unencumbered license (LPN/LVN) in the state of practice.
• Compact licenses must be transferred to your state of residence within 90 days.
• Current CPR certification (with hands-on component).
• TB skin test (current within last 12 months).
• Six months prior hands-on nursing experience preferred but not required.
• Must have reliable transportation.

Nice To Haves

• Experience in pediatric nursing or high-acuity care.
• Bilingual skills.

Responsibilities

• Provide nursing care to patients in a home setting.
• Administer medications and treatments as prescribed by physicians.
• Monitor patient health and report any changes to the healthcare team.
• Document patient care and progress using electronic documentation on tablets provided in each patient's home.
• Collaborate with other healthcare professionals to ensure comprehensive patient care.
