We’re looking for an experienced RN Nurse Supervisor to support our Advanced Personal Care clients and nursing team in the Independence area. Requirements
- Active RN license
- Graduate of an approved nursing program
- 1+ year of professional nursing experience (within the last 3 years)
- Valid driver’s license, insured vehicle
- Ability to pass background check, drug screen, and physical
- Strong communication, organization, and problem-solving skills
- Positive, professional, people-first attitude
Nice To Haves
- Supervisory experience preferred
- Home Health experience preferred
Responsibilities
- Complete client visits, including initial and reassessment visits for APC clients
- Build strong relationships with staff, caseworkers, patients, and families
- Provide training, APC certification support, and in-services for nursing staff
- Supervise, mentor, coach, and evaluate professional nurses
- Ensure nursing services meet company and state requirements
- Serve as a clinical resource to the care team
- Maintain timely and accurate electronic documentation
- Participate in quality initiatives, meetings, and education
- Assist with hiring and onboarding as needed
- Jump in where needed — because teamwork matters
