This role focuses on routine skilled nursing visits (30–60 minutes) for medication setup and general health assessments. We are currently recruiting for a Licensed Practical Nurse [LPN] or Registered Nurse [RN] to reliably serve patients in the following areas: KC, MO + surrounding PPV [ pay per visit] Routine 30-60min in home visits Flexible scheduling - We are looking for someone Part Time with opportunity to grow case load over time. Approx. 12-13 weekly client visits + 6-7 monthly client visits Nurse to schedule visits accordingly - Note : WEEKDAY visits; no weekend or evening visits available. Potential to gain additional visits possible in the future. No Nights, No Weekends, No Holidays, No On-Call Must be willing to travel to Jackson County + surrounding areas Use of a company car [pick up/drop off at Lees Summit office] or option for mileage reimbursement in personal vehicle
