Here are some of the details of this case, more can be discussed by applying or contacting the local office: Schedule: 7a-7pm (3-4 days/week) or 7pm-7am (3-4 days/week) Location/Setting: Cleveland, TX Age Range: Infant Acuity: High Acuity (Training available with Tracheostomy and Vent care) We are one of the largest private duty nursing companies in the nation and growing! Requirements

• Must have and maintain an active, unencumbered license (LPN/LVN) in the state of practice.
• Compact licenses must be transferred to your state of residence within 90 days.
• Current CPR certification (with hands-on component).
• TB skin test (current within last 12 months).
• 6 months hands-on experience required.
• Must have reliable transportation.

Nice To Haves

• Experience with high acuity patients, including those requiring tracheostomy and vent care.

Responsibilities

• Provide compassionate nursing care to patients in a home setting.
• Work with a team to achieve outstanding clinical outcomes.
• Document patient care electronically using a tablet provided in each patient's home.
