About The Position

Our local office is looking for a team of compassionate nurses to provide care for a very special client/patient. Here are some of the details of this case, more can be discussed by applying or contacting the local office: Schedule: (6pm-6am) Wednesday-Friday & Every other Saturday (OT availability) Location/Setting: Troup, TX Age Range: Child Acuity: Feeding tube, Tracheostomy & Vent Care (Training available). Requirements

• Must have and maintain an active, unencumbered license (LPN/LVN) in the state of practice.
• Current CPR certification (with hands-on component).
• TB skin test (current within last 12 months).
• Six months prior hands-on nursing experience preferred but not required.
• Must have reliable transportation.

Nice To Haves

• Experience with pediatric patients.
• Familiarity with feeding tubes, tracheostomy, and ventilator care.

Responsibilities

• Provide compassionate nursing care to patients in a home setting.
• Administer medications and treatments as prescribed.
• Monitor patient health and report any changes to the healthcare team.
• Assist with daily living activities and personal care.
• Document patient care and progress using electronic documentation.
