Our local office is looking for a team of compassionate nurses to provide care for a very special client/patient. Here are some of the details of this case, more can be discussed by applying or contacting the local office: Available Shifts: Monday-Friday (7p-4a or 4p-4a) Location/Setting: Victoria TX 77901 Age Range: Child Acuity: Feeding tube & Trach/Vent care (training provided). Requirements

• Must have and maintain an active, unencumbered license (LPN/LVN) in the state in which the clinician will practice.
• Compact licenses must be transferred to your state of residence within 90 days.
• Current CPR certification (with hands-on component).
• TB skin test (current within last 12 months).
• Six months prior hands-on nursing experience preferred but not required.
• Must have reliable transportation.

Nice To Haves

• Experience with pediatric patients.
• Previous experience in home healthcare.

Responsibilities

• Provide compassionate nursing care to patients in their homes.
• Administer medications and treatments as prescribed.
• Monitor patient health and report any changes to the healthcare team.
• Assist with daily living activities and personal care.
• Document patient care and progress using electronic documentation.
