In-Home Habilitation Technician/DSP
About The Position
Assistedcare at Home has many openings working with our Intellectually or Developmentally Disabled (IDD) clients in the Wilmington, NC and surrounding areas . Morning, afternoon, and evening shifts available!! Both male and female clients. Make your own schedule! Direct Support Caregivers provide supportive services while in the home and/or in the community under the supervision of our IDD Clinical Supervisor. We seek to make life easier for our clients by delivering the same exceptional care that we would expect for ourselves and our family members. Requirements
- High School Diploma or equivalent
- Current Driver's license and auto insurance with your name on the policy
- Background checks required
- 6 months + experience working with IDD population
Responsibilities
- Assist with personal care
- Provide excellent companionship and care
