In Home Estimator / Sales Representative
About The Position
Molly Maid is hiring a friendly, motivated In-Home Estimator to join our team. This role is perfect for someone who enjoys working with people, light sales, and a mix of field + office work. You’ll visit customers’ homes, assess cleaning needs, and provide accurate estimates while delivering great customer service. Requirements
- Strong communication and people skills
- Comfortable speaking with customers in their homes
- Sales or customer service experience
- Reliable transportation & valid driver’s license
- Basic math and organizational skills
Nice To Haves
- Bilingual (Spanish/English) a plus
Responsibilities
- Visit homes and provide cleaning estimates
- Recommend services and follow up with customers
- Answer calls, texts, and emails
- Schedule and confirm appointments
- Enter customer info and pricing into our system
- Communicate with office staff and cleaning teams
