Responsibilities

Assist Clients with daily tasks such as meal preparation and maintaining a healthy environment.
Provide medication reminders according to prescribed schedules.
Promote Client engagement in their communities by assisting with transportation
Engage Clients in meaningful conversations and companionship.
Document and report care and any changes in client's condition.
