Requirements

Responsibilities

  • Assist Clients with daily tasks such as meal preparation and maintaining a healthy environment.
  • Provide medication reminders according to prescribed schedules.
  • Promote Client engagement in their communities by assisting with transportation
  • Engage Clients in meaningful conversations and companionship.
  • Document and report care and any changes in client's condition.
