About The Position

Immanuel Pathways PACE® is seeking a Full Time Days Weekend Warrior Participant Care Aide to work at Pathways Southwest Iowa located at 1702 North 16th Street, Council Bluffs, IA 51501. The schedule for this position is Saturdays and Sundays 7am-7pm. This position will pay up to $21.42/hour. Pay will be based upon experience, certifications, skills and education.

Requirements

• High school diploma or equivalent is required.
• Active Certified Nursing Assistant Certificate required in the respective state.
• Be at least 18 years of age.
• One (1) year of experience working with the frail or elderly population required, or completion of job specific training related to working with the elderly population must be completed within the first six months of hire.
• Must have a valid driver's license, proof of insurance and have means of transportation.

Responsibilities

• Provide and assist participants of Immanuel Pathways program with personal cares, activities of daily living, restorative, recreational programming and supportive care in the center and/or participant's homes.
• Assist in monitoring and reporting participant's health status.
• Provide a safe environment for the participants of Immanuel Pathways.
