Requirements

• Valid Florida CNA License or HHA Certificate
• Completed Level II Background Check https://info.flclearinghouse.com
• Classroom CPR Certification
• Florida’s required trainings in HIV/AIDS, Alzheimer's and Related Dementias, and Assisting With Self-Administration of Medication.
• Reliable transportation for client visits
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills for effective collaboration within our team and compassionate client interactions.
• Flexibility and adaptability to meet the diverse needs of our clients, with a supportive approach to providing personal care, mobility assistance, and companionship.

Nice To Haves

• Comfort with pets is preferred, enhancing the ability to work in various home environments.
